We only charge postage per order, not per item, based upon the total order price. Obviously some items are larger or heavier than others, so your postage will depend on the largest item. Total postage should be shown on your checkout. As we are still getting the bugs out of this new website, some errors may occur. If you are at all unsure, please contact us directly and we can make any changes as needed.

All orders are packed securely using Cardboard tubes boxes, Jiffy bags  All items no matter how costly are insured, and most sent signed for, so if you have a problem with a delivery, then we will do our best to help sort out the problem. If it goes missing or gets damaged, then you can be sure that we will either replace or refund.
